“From Armour to Glamour…”

NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery is delighted to have a selection of its designs sold at the British Museum in London alongside the “Thomas Becket Murder and the making of a Saint Exhibition”, running from May 20th until August 22nd 2021.

The British Museum selected designs handmade with sterling silver chainmail and amethyst gemstones. These pieces were chosen because of the link between the chainmail and the medieval period which is the focus of the exhibition. The amethyst stone and techniques used to make NAIIAD Jewellery’s pieces are relevant to the time frame of the show.

NAIIAD Jewellery – Vision & Values

NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery – Elegant & Spirited

Celebrating your own unique beauty and spirit, your strength and softness all at once. The essence of a woman…”

“Be your beautiful self”

Officially launched in 2018, the brand offers a range of contemporary designer jewellery, which is sold worldwide. Trained as a silversmith at the AFEDAP Jewellery School in Paris, Laetitia then discovered the art of chainmail, the ancient art of assembling rings one at a time to weave fabric-like patterns with metal. Chainmail is beautifully fluid and tactile, and Laetitia loves exploring the endless creative possibilities offered by mixing chainmail with traditional silversmithing techniques. It allows her to create modern, feminine and unique pieces of jewellery which are a true pleasure to wear.

The mixed influenced and own personal journey of the French designer behind the brand NAIIAD Jewellery resonate through each piece, with strong lines and an eye catching mix of textures.

“My designs are a reflection of finding and embracing our true deep nature as a woman, our femininity and sensuality. Learning and growing more each day, holding our head high with grace and an open heart. My jewellery is an expression of all that I aspire to be, and hope to inspire other women to become through their own personal journey” – Laetitia, owner/designer

Bold yet elegant and feminine, her very tactile contemporary jewellery creations are inspired by and designed to celebrate every woman’s unique beauty, and empower them to be the confident and independent women they deserve to be, embracing all that they are, their femininity and sensuality…
