A beautiful, large Murano glass bead contrasts with the texture of the sterling silver chainmaille

The vibrant and modern design of the red and copper swirls Murano glass bead is the focus of this necklace. This stunning glass bead combines with the texture and fluidity of the chainmaille handcrafted with small Sterling silver rings. The little rings are assembled one at a time in the Byzantine pattern.
The abstract design of the glass bead is very modern with a striking combination of core of rich red and swirls of copper which are all different from one bead to another – each bead a little piece of art. The bead measures approximately 2.3 cm diameter and the chainmaille section is approximately 3 cm long.
The placement of the copper color swirls is random and no two beads are exactly alike. Each bead is carefully selected from high quality artisans based in Venice, Italy. Every glass bead is handcrafted, and therefore truly unique.

The sterling silver snake chain is 18 inches/45 cm long. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would prefer a shorter chain (16 inches/40 cm).

The chainmaille pendant is approximately 6 cm long including the Murano glass bead.
