We take great pride in the quality of craftsmanship of all our designs, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any problem, please contact NAIIAD in writing by email within 7 days of receipt ([email protected]). Goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery and will not be accepted thereafter. Please do not return items before contacting NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery.
Items that are non-refundable:
- Bespoke designs, or items that have been personalised to your specifications are non-refundable
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale items – only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted
All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The client is be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item(s), unless goods are faulty (where possible please photograph any arears of dissatisfaction). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you send your return by registered post with proof of postage as we will not be responsible for items lost or not delivered.
All returns must be marked “Goods for return”. Failure to do so may result in import duties and taxes being charged. These will be the responsibility of the client/returnee. NAIIAD Contemporary Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties, if any.
We will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, we will refund your payment immediately.
Non bespoke orders may be cancelled within 5 days of placement. Notification of order cancellation must be received in writing within 5 days of the order placement. For bespoke items the schedule of rates as per the design brief.
